About Pandi
Pandi Liquidadores SRL was founded on the 1st of July 1970 by Mr. Constantino Trigub Clover, after working for several years in the maritime field handling claims for the ex-Delta Line, a local agency, the former Argentine State Fleet ELMA, where he was head of the Claims and Insurance Dept. and then running the commercial P&I department in a well-known local law firm.
Since its inception and under the management of Mr. Trigub Clover, the Company acted as a pure P&I correspondent for several P&I Clubs attending all ports in Argentina and Paraguay, gaining through the years a vast experience in the field and prestige in the marine industry.
In 1989, with much regret, the founder passed away, and his son, Mr. Alberto Pedro Trigub, continued with the management of the Company. Since then, the Firm continued to grow, being listed as a commercial correspondent for all the P&I Clubs within the International Group (IGP&I) and other related underwriters, including Hull and Machinery (H&M).
Pandi is a family-owned business now under the leadership of its third generation through Sebastián A. Trigub, ensuring the Company’s continued position as a leading P&I correspondent. Since its foundation, Pandi has operated on relationships built on mutual trust and close cooperation with its principals. The traditional values of trust and loyalty remain the cornerstones of our identity—carefully upheld and passed down from generation to generation, forming an unbroken chain.

ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY
Revision 2/2021
Since its inception in 1970, Pandi Liquidadores adopted a NIL ALLOWANCE AGAINST BRIBERY ACTS, both in the public and private sectors. This position has been kept as one of the core pillars of Pandi Liquidadores organization.
As Pandi Liquidadores has informed repeatedly, since the entry into force of the UK BRIBERY ACT 2010 on 1/7/2011, Pandi Liquidadores has ratified before its clients, once more, its commitment against any form of bribery. Especially, acknowledging that said law may hold liable the Companies based on the UK not only for their own acts , but, potentially, for the acts of those who anyhow act upon their instructions or behalf.
In Argentina, the law nº 27,401 on Criminal Liability of the Private Companies was published in the Official Gazette on 1/12/2017 and entered into force on 1/3/2018. The scope of said law involves the criminal offences of Bribery, Influence Trafficking, Extorsion and Illicit Gain, amongst others.
In general, any offer, promise, giving, acceptance or request of an economic benefit or any other benefit or incentive on exchange of an illegal, inappropriate and/or unethical action, or aiming for an Officer/Official to do, delay or omit something in relation to their duties, would classify as Bribery under the UK Bribery Act, or similar legislation, and it would be considered as a criminal offence under Argentinean law, not only of the individual involved but also the companies which directly or indirectly would have intervened, had any interests or benefit.
The bribery acts of a company could potentially involve those of their partners, shareholders, directors, employees, subcontractors, agents and/or any other person acting on their behalf or pursuant to their instructions. Therefore, it is paramount that all of whom provide their services to or through Pandi Liquidadores and all its suppliers are aware and take appropriate measures for them (and all the individuals referred previously) to comply this anti bribery policy.
At Pandi Liquidadores we extend above description to any bribery act or omission involving not only public officers/officials but also to any private individual or structure.
If you have any knowledge about a possible bribery act that could involve an employee, agent, person, company or any other party acting pursuant to instructions received from and/or on behlaf of Pandi Liquidadores and/or their clients, same shall be reported immediately to the management (contact details below).
In compliance with the national and international legislation and the obligations assumed before our Clients, PANDI LIQUIDADORES HAS NIL ALLOWANCE AGAINST BRIBERY ACTS in any of its forms. Any such act will be reported to the authorities and will imply the immediate termination of the professional and/or commercial relationship that could exist.
