Alberto P. Trigub

Advisory Chairman

Alberto started working in the company in the early ‘70s. He gained experience during his first decade by attending to different matters on board and ports including surveys and inspections. He became the Managing Partner of the Company in 1989 and has more than 50 years of experience in shipping and marine insurance business. Remarkably, in the last 30 years he handled major casualties involving pollution in Argentina and Uruguay, collisions, damage to FFO and all sort of cases.

He was a speaker in the first P&I Correspondents Conference organized by the IGP&I at Bristol in 2001 and gave various lectures in Argentina and Chile. During the last years he has been also working closely with the IGP&I in relation to OSRO’s contracts and different matters affecting the shipping community when trading from or to Argentina.

As an Advisory Chairman, he continues to provide strategic guidance, advise and represent the firm publicly, after more than 50 years of leadership.

Sebastián A. Trigub

Joined in 2012. Sebastian is a qualified, practicing lawyer in Argentina. He holds an LLM in International Maritime Law in the UK (Swansea University – Distinction). He also holds a P&IQ Advance Certificate. Before joining, he worked in a survey firm for several years and two law firms, one of which is specialized in Maritime Law (Edye, Roche, de la Vega & Ray).

In 2022 he became the Managing Partner, and the third generation of the family to run the business.

Ricardo D. Crisp

Claims Manager. Master Mariner

Joined in 1998. Ricardo is a Master Mariner (ESNN) and has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. He also qualified as a Naval Surveyor (ESNN) and as a surveyor in Marine Administration (Merchant Marine University) and licensed as a cargo surveyor by the Coastguards. Before joining Pandi, Ricardo served at sea for 13 years. He then worked for a local agency as an operational manager of liner and tramp vessels and for a local regular line which operated a chartered fleet as liner and commercial manager

Diego Álvarez Blanco

Joined in 2002. Diego is a qualified and practicing lawyer in Argentina since 1993 and holds an LL.M. in Shipping and Marine Insurance Laws of the University of Southampton (UK). Before joining Pandi, he worked for a Shipping Company as In-house Lawyer, for a London P&I Club as Claims Handler, for a Shipping law firm in London as Trainee Lawyer, and for a well-known Shipowning Group first as Insurance and Legal Manager, and then as General Counsel and Director, adding more than 25 year’s experience. He left the Company in 2005 and re-joined in 2022.

Cap. Juan Paberolis

Marine surveyor. Master Mariner.

Joined in 2020 as technical advisor. Juan served as combat navy officer for the Argentinean Navy. Afterwards he served at sea as merchant mariner including several years as shipmaster. Before joining Pandi, on shore, he worked as marine surveyor, port captain , managed a ship's repair workshop and on a shipping agency. He holds and MBA and an executive program at Harvard Law School and has lectured on the Argentine Navy Military Academy and at the Regional Branch of the World Maritime University. Juan is specilized in technical and complex investigation.

Natalia A. Goldin

Joined in 2013. Natalia joined the company as secretary whilst she trained as claims handler. She undertook the North of England Residential Course in 2015 and is completing her P&IQ Advance Certificate.

Magdalena Zaballa

Claims Handler. Lawyer.

Joined in 2025. Magdalena is a qualified and practicing lawyer in Argentina. Prior to joining Pandi, she worked as trainee on a law firm specialised in civil and commercial litigation and corporate law. She also worked in litigation department for an insurance recovery agent. She is currently undertaking the P&IQ Courses.

Santiago González Moreno

Joined in 2024. Prior to joining Pandi, Santiago worked for several years as claims analyst for a loss adjusters and two international insurance brokers, adding up to 10 years of experience. He is currently undertaking the P&IQ Courses.

Nicolás A. Trigub

Joined in 2007. Nicolas undertook the North of England Residential Course in 2008 and he attends to cargo inspections, liners and cargo claims.

Paul Günter

Paraguay Country Manager.

Joined in 2013. Paul has a bachelor in General Accounting and Administration (UC NSA) and a Master in Comprehensive Audit (UNA). He worked in a shipping agency, international traders and shipowners companies and trained in Pandi Liquidadores SRL . Paul is the country manager of Pandi Liquidadores in Paraguay since 2019.

Mauro Krausse

Claim Handler - Marine Engineer

Joined Pandi by the end of 2025. He is an ex-Navy officer, where he obtained a degree in Naval Propulsion Engineering, specialised in Electrical Propulsion Systems, and later on, he qualified as a Marine Engineer (STCW). Afterwards, he served at sea as a merchant officer. Thereafter, he spent 12 years in France working for two leading international Classification Societies, where he held senior roles as marine surveyor and plan approval engineer in electrical & automation systems, developing expertise in ship surveys and regulatory compliance within the international maritime framework.
