The seminar has the purpose of rising awarness on the private and public sectors regarding the importance and liability arising from pollution risks realted to the marine transport.
The programme includes an introudction to marine pollution, enviromental damage and monitoring, contigency planning, national and international legal framwork, claims handling and comepnsation among other related and relevant topics from the perspective of the Local Authorities, IGP&I, ITOPF and IOPC Funds
